September once youve got a budget to stick to youll know if your going to be in your overdraft or not. If you can stay out of it for one month you would know how much you can spend without going back into the red.0

thanks jc i think thats what i'll do
and claire, thats what im gonna work on tonight, my budget! So that next month I'll definatly be sorted and out of the red (fingers crossed the budget is what I want to see that is! :rotfl:)

Monday 07/09 - [STRIKE]Nothing today, got college tonight. Its my first evening back, and I go practically straight after work, so apart from having dinner not going to have time to do a lot else!!
[/STRIKE] Made it to college!
Tuesday 08/09 -
- [STRIKE]Cat to vet for boosters - have been putting this off for ages and just cant anymore, and he really does need them. Ive weighed up whether to have them done or not and have decided to keep them up, despite how many people don't! I just can't not and would rather be safe than sorry for the small expense once a year.[/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Have a look at Weekly Shop Budget and try to improve what I'm spending each time and if I can reduce it.[/STRIKE] Had a brief look at this... theres lots of places where I can go down a brand to save some money!! Also going to stick to a list to avoid impulse buying and only buy offers if I actully use the product! :rotfl:

Thursday 10/09 -- Ring SKY try to get a better deal, discount or something! Really feel like this is getting too much. still to do - tonight.
- [STRIKE]Do the weekly shop (this has to be very restrained!)[/STRIKE] did it last night (wednesday) although didnt take a list as I popped in on my way back from college.... will stick to new weekly shop budget as of next weeks/times shopping.
Just a little update there! :TProud to be dealing with my debts one step at a time.Weight Loss Progress - 0 out of 56lbsWBDF's 'Weight Loss Challenge to Christmas 2009' Progress - 0 out of 21lbsPart of the DFW Addicts '''Blankie Club'' - Working my way to VEGAS babyOctober NSD's 0/100 -
Well the exercise is going good! Did mine on tuesday morning, some more last night (rushed before college) and got cardio dvd lined up for tonight.... Im still aching from before so its gonna soooooooooo tire me out.
CC 3 Bal is now down from £2500 to £2481.71! :T:T:T:T
Got a plan to pay off littlewoods (should last another 52 weeks) ... overpay each month for 5 months... only by a tenner.......and wooossh its gone! So thats greeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. End of january will be my first balance paid off....
Still in credit .... so thats good and only 2 weeks till payday. Lets hope I can keep it that way - or not toooo far in the red.
oh and in other news, cc3 want to rack my interest rate up for some unknown reason by 10% to over 30% but are giving me an option to opt out where the card will basically not be able to be used, the interest rate will stay where it is, and i'll just have to continue recieving statements and paying off the current balance as im already doing. So gonna go for that defo.
Plan for today;- ring sky to try for a better deal
- ring cc3 to opt out
- do budget planner spreadsheet.

That sounds like a good plan! Whats this opting out? I keep hearing people talking about this.
I had an MBNA card which had £15k on it and they changed it from 0% to 34.9%!!!! I wasn't spending on it as well. I had to find new cards to put that balance on as soon as the letter arrived - criminal! Oh well - its gone now.Paying down the mortgage:
At 1 October 2011: £226,000
Currently: £224,499
Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
Paid £1,500
Target remaining: 88.89%0
