Sammy - could I learn Sage quickly? Agency just phoned and are putting my CV forward to a place who want maternity leave cover inputting purchase and sales ledgers.

Bookie.. mortgage providers can't take any further actions until there are 3 months arrears, and most have agreed to a national scheme where they won't do anything until at least 6 months have passed. As long as you are honest with them and keep them in the loop generally they will be willing to help.

Thanks IA. Mortgage happy for me to pay interest only for as long as I want.
It's the business loan secured on the property that I need to address.

To be honest I think I've gone through the worry stage and come out the other side into the 'whatever' stage.!

if it's data entry into sage then i'm sure a day or two's training would be no trouble to a woman of your ability.......

it'll be someone elses job to extract the data into meaningful stuff...!
