  • Fingers crossed Luc.

Sammy - could I learn Sage quickly? Agency just phoned and are putting my CV forward to a place who want maternity leave cover inputting purchase and sales ledgers.

Just had a massive row with my mum.
  • Bookie.. mortgage providers can't take any further actions until there are 3 months arrears, and most have agreed to a national scheme where they won't do anything until at least 6 months have passed. As long as you are honest with them and keep them in the loop generally they will be willing to help.

Thanks IA. Mortgage happy for me to pay interest only for as long as I want.
It's the business loan secured on the property that I need to address.

To be honest I think I've gone through the worry stage and come out the other side into the 'whatever' stage.! :D

if it's data entry into sage then i'm sure a day or two's training would be no trouble to a woman of your ability.......

it'll be someone elses job to extract the data into meaningful stuff...!

    good luck babes....

Hi never really done the chat thing before, but find myself jobless and running out of things to do so have been lurking all morning.

So today I tried to fix the pull cord on the bathroom light. Its been stuck ON for the last 2 years; completely broke the whole thing, all fell apart so have had to go to B&Q to get a new one, now I just need to find the wire cutters so I can figure out what to do next. the instructions say use an electrician, but it looks simple enough, problem is I'm only 5 foot 2 so its a bit of a stretch to actually see what I'm doing.

i changed the light fitting in my kitchen not long ago, and it hasn't blew up yet... so i say go for it, be careful... take a careful note of how it was before and try to reconnect it the same way... read the instructions 12 times helps as well!

    welcome to the chat!!!

Afternoon folks. Interview went well. I think I cam across well and answered their questionsclearly and intelligently. Still there's something that makes me think I'm not what/who they are looking for but will wait and see...

  • Just had a look on the Sage website. If I get a reply from the employers I can download a trial to play with.
