Thanks Maz - I just put that I was accustomed to raising purchase orders!
That took me nearly 2 hours. Sent off now so I reckon I deserve a coffee!0 -
Bookie, he's right about taking the house being a last resort. My mum built up big mortgage arrears through stubbornness (dad was made redundant and couldn't afford to keep paying, she refused to pay until it went to court and she lost), and even after more than a year of not paying she still got to keep the house, there were loads of opportunities for her to make payment plans etc. And she was wouldn't pay not couldn't pay.
Sorry if I've got the wrong end of the stick and it's not your mortgage you're worried about!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
Right, done some gardening. Have pulled the last crop of carrots - there are some very interesting shaped ones !!!!! Weeds weeded, so the garden looks a bit bigger now
I have rough hands, dirty fingernails and was nettled several times

It is and it isn't Ames. I'm paying interest only on the mortgage at present - parents are helping me until I get a job.
Unfortunately I have a business loan for £50k  secured on my bungalow and it is that that i need to sort out.0 -
Ah right, I thought it was just the mortgage. But it sounds good if he says they'd prefer to sort something out rather than repossess. Good luck with the job hunting, I'm keeping everything crossed for you.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Stop thinking Bookie....he said 'only as a last resort' and its nowhere near that yet....
Put your efforts into more positive thinking - applying for jobs......
sorry didn't mean to be kick up the backside ish....(trying to stop doing that) but I feel very strongly that you should only worry about things you can do something about..

I am suprisingly unworried sammy. Nothing I can do about it at present.
Applied for 1 job this morning.
Why are you doing the headless chicken thing?0
