Hi Everyone,
Praise God,i finally did it.Yesterday,i got through the OR interview and it was fine.
The OR call interview was late afternoon and a nervewracking wait.
Lasted about 45 mins,i had all docs ready as im not great with numbers.
she was sympathetic and truly lovely lady.
I cried at end of phone call interview and sat looking in silence.stunned.
Its not as bad as you think.and i really had my guardian angels looking out for me here.I swear i felt a bright light around me when i put the receiver down.It was all over.
Its a long road still to live life post bankruptcy, and all i have is a Step account with Nat West.Went there today to get some of my wages.they had blocked the account, but they ordered a new card today.I was told that the Step account is cash hole in wall or OTC only, without checkbook, and some "big shops" dont accept the card as it wont say "maestro" on it.so advised to take cash to shops, just in case.
But i cant tell you how it feels to have no creditors on my back making life stress-ridden.
Theres a light at end of tunnel.
Im aware as OR said that they may call me at later stage for another interview, but she sounded like it was all over.telling me that i may be discharged at 9-10 months via letter. At back of my head its haunting me that i may get that 2nd call.but to be honest, what for? i have no assets and just my tax credits and wages to live on.
sorry post is long but wanted to paint a bright picture for those who have yet to go through their OR interview.
Keep the Faith.
Hugs

Hi Peacock and TTF1A!
thank you both for sharing your experience with everyone, it does help if others can read about it and helps them know what to expect too.
I am pleased that you are both feeling happier and more optimistic! Keep it up!

Hi, welcome to gone18sept09, hope everything has gone ok for you since your BR??
Am pleased that you can keep your car Clairvoyant, and never mind about things you can't remember, it probably happens a lot and they will be used to people forgetting some things. Don't worry.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
Hi, I second what Donna said above, it does really help to read about people's experience, especially for me today, I have my OR interview this afternoon and I swear I am far more nervous than when I was due to go to court for the BR

Question, Does my BR effect my wifes credit score. We dont have any joint accounts or Debts.
But Experian has her linked to me (as we are married).0
