    Quick pre-work post from me:

Billy Connolly was good, although I have seen better comedians in my time for less money...more on that later.

I think I'm going to the movies tonight with my pal :j Still sticking to this weeks meal plan - sweet and sour for tea tonight, yummy!

I received my Barclaycard bill through yesterday and have cleared off £43 since it was printed :rotfl: I will only have £95 to pay by payday assuming I don't make PADs to it before then, which I will :D

All is well in the Land of Fresian.

Now, if only I could find my socks....

I've not been updating, I'm a lazy Fresian :rotfl:

First things first, GG my laptop is from Dell and is their bargain-basement £329 one. I paid extra to have it in purple. Don't regret that decision for a minute! Clicky for laptops!

As you go through it tries to get you to upgrade all sorts of things you won't need if all you're doing is surfing and the occasional spreadsheet. I upgraded the wireless and the battery and that was it. Oh, I also bought a matching purple wireless mouse :D The whole thing cost me about £398 all-in. It will be fully paid off on Wednesday when I get paid thanks to the joys of PAD :j I have put my photos on it and have downloaded OpenOffice for all of my spreadsheeting needs :D

Not a lot of other news in Fresian Towers to be honest. I went to work for two hours yesterday, so that's another £21 minus tax in the bank. There should be overtime available next week too. Woo for overtime! I then spent most of yesterday afternoon asleep :rotfl: We had lamb shoulder for dinner which was lovely but an absolute b*gger to carve. I'm making soup from the remains later on today. I have vague plans in my head to go to Tesco for a couple of £2 chickens, but nothing more concrete than that.

It's payday on Wednesday and I have about £10 in my purse and £51+ left in the bank. This will be reduced if I do go hunting for £2 chickens. Decisions, decisions...

Eek, StupidPuss has climbed to the top of the wardrobe. I have no idea how he's going to get down and he looks quite confused.

Why do I think this could end with me sporting a ginger cat-hat?

Relatively productive day yesterday - boiled up lamb bones and made potato soup. Om nom nom. Cleaned kitchen (Then destroyed it again while making soup, but it's the initial thought that counts in my eyes) Two loads of washing done and hung up.

This morning I have done sod all apart from my comping. I also had a productive morning on the BingoPort slots - redeemed my points for a £5 credit at Foxy. I do have another 1200 points though so if I can increase this to 3000 I shall cancel the Foxy redeem and put it through for Amazon. Any way to decrease the cost of Christmas is fine by me!

Must dash - going to be late for work as it's a local holiday so the buses are running [strike]whenever they sodding well feel like it[/strike] on a Saturday service.

I get paid on Wednesday and have £9 left in my purse :D I also had £31 left from the Grocery Challenge which is sitting waiting to be PADded tomorrow (Minus £7 I'm going to leave sitting in an account for a couple of small cheques I have written which will undoubtedly come off the day before next payday!)

I also have £20 left in my Entertainment account. I might be taking Mr Fresian to the movies tomorrow but I can cover his student ticket with the money in my purse, so I will be PADding over £40 tomorrow, the day before payday :j
  • :yay: well done you. That is more than £1 PAD per day!!
