Thanks for the comp, we'll give that a whirl.
Glad you're feeling a bit better. I'm soooooo tired, all this working lark is so not good for me.
No idea if we've got job or not. They want a proposal and maybe me to come back and speak to their Board...so another 300 miles! Well speculate to accumulate and all that.
Another early night but lets escape out next week if you're free.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
Spends today include £55.11 (9p more than I thought, sodding weighty carrots...) on groceries, £1 on lunch (woo for reduced baguettes!) and £7 on the new Dan Brown. I was in Tesco at lunchtime and thought I may as well buy it there and then as I don't know when I will next be at Asda. I also sent Mr Fresian for milk and bread this morning, so that's another £3ish right there.
My cold feels a lot better. I'm glad I'm not out tonight though (Sorry kissjen!!) as I'm knackered. I still have to sort the dishes, bag up the meat from Asda and freeze it and tend to Mr Fresian's man-flu. He's perked up a lot since I gave him brioche from the grocery shopping though0 -
Ahoy there Internets
Since my last posting I have:
- Done 3 days worth of dishes
(we've been ill....)
- Emptied kitchen bin
- Released cat into garden by accident while emptying bin
- Locked cat out of house until he learnt his lesson
- Herded cat into house and told him off
- Refused demands for additional cat-feeding from Adventure Puss
- Portioned up meat from Asda - two burgery meals, one portion chicken (flatmate nicked other one, to be repaid!) and three portions mince
- Posted some more on MSE :rotfl:
Now, to figure out where my chequebook is....0 - Done 3 days worth of dishes

Morning all!
I'm knackered this morning, I think because I did so much yesterday after my first day back at work. Urgh. I just want to crawl back into bed! It was nice to go in to the kitchen to feed the kitties and make coffee this morning though and not see a pile of dishes :j
Today I'm off to see Billy Connolly after workand going out for food first. We're going to a Chinese buffet though so it shouldn't come to more than £15 per head and I have money left over from my Entertainment budget for this. If I'm as tired when I finish work as I am right now though I'm not going for dinner but I'm going home for a nap and a sandwich :rotfl: Rock and Roll Fresian I am not.
Other things to do today include buying cough medicine for Mr Fresian who has openly revolted at the Boots-own stuff I tried to get him to drink. It is like tasting liquid evil. Two bottles of that shall be going in the bin later. I also need to post off the token for the Lego Star Wars goodies from the paper and email my friend to arrange our next Costco trip.
Only one more sleep till Friday

Right, dressed and ready for work. Not taking my flasks with me as I don't want to lug them around all night as we're going straight out from work. I promise to only drink cheap coffee from the vending machines today :A0
