I am sure the team will be aware of that fact when they decide the winner of the award.

I would like to nominate welsh dragon for her thread on quick read promotional items. I received many goodies, such as pencils, pens, mugs and bookmarks which I distributed to my children's school. I also saved lots of money by receiving in effect £300.00 worth of money off vouchers which I can use at Tescos which has really helped me out financially when every penny counts.

If anyone deserves this title it is welsh dragon as she is always helping others, offering advice and posting excellent freebies This freebie has not only benefitted myself and my family but also my local community. This is the thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=181584&highlight=quick+reads

  • Hi everyone

Yep, strictly speaking Martin's asked that people just nominate threads started in the current month. Sometimes some threads take a while to gather momentum though and may not be noticed by other MoneySavers until later so if a particularly good discussion/bargain has been nominated I don't think it could be ruled out of the running just because it was started in a different month. Each case tends to be taken on its own merits :)

I would love to nominate Welsh-Dragon for the World Book Day vouchers and free promotional items.

I've been able to give my sons special needs school enough vouchers for all of the pupils and all of the staff. Plus ... bookmarks, rubbers, posters, pens, pencils and loads more. It's really been a big hit with everyone. The school has even bought some of the books (with the vouchers!) for the school library!

Although the thread was started in April the freebies didn't arrive until a few days ago so please could it be included?
