In The Arms there are currently threads on whether it's right to tell a 9 year old what a clitoris is, whether tall people are more intelligent that small people, the merits of shoulderpads and a thread about a 15 year old girl who practices dressing up her cat in baby clothes.
We are currently discussing gifted new build deposits, 25 years of austerity, the Aberdeen property market, job prospects at Halifax and the future of tax credits under a different political regime.
Two questions:
1. Are we geeks?
2. Should we all swap boards for a week or two? I think fresh perspectives on all of the above would be very interesting. Who wouldn't want to hear Dopester giving his views on what children call their genitals? Or Generali's opinion on shoulderpads and other modes of powerdressing?

whether tall people are more intelligent that small people
I'm not so sure about some of the other subjects you've raised but I can help out on this.
The answer is yes, tall people are more intelligent than "small people". Oh and more successful. And happier, and apparently more physically appealing to the opposite sex.

I'm both fun and geeky

Cleaver, this is the silliest thread you have ever started. Yeah but small people can squeeze through the tiniest of gaps to get to the bar quicker or to the front of the crowd at gigs.....you just sneak under the elbows!
I talk from experience :rotfl:We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Ah yes that well known law.... second only to the well known law of nature which states 99% of women are poor with statistics.

And 99% men add two inches onto things they measure?
