I hate days like that. I call them my 'dark cloud' days and OH knows that I need to just sit and veg and eat rubbish generally!

Hope you feel better soon :)

Yeah, will be fine in a mo. It's just when you start thinking how crap your life is in some ways and there's no end in sight. Well, there is end in sight of course, but it's a long road to that light.

If it helps how about writing down the areas in your life that you are not happy with and then we can all help you form an action plan as to how you can improve them :)

The problem is, I'm not totally happy with any areas of my life atm.

    Work: boring, unchallenging.
Relationship: needs to be upped to next level, but not sure if bf ready for it.(Do need to talk to him again, but after my birthday :))
    House: still sharing..
Money: too much debt, not enough for a life.

No wonder you are feeling down, you poor thing. Big hug to you from me

Work - have you set aside one evening a week to apply for better paid, more challenging jobs

Relationship - are you going to write a letter to your BF. Would he respond better to that? The other question is - do you want to spend the rest of your life with someone who can't tell you that they love you? (don't want that to sound harsh but it is something that you need to think about)

House - when you get more money together and a potential new job/more money you can move

Debt - the only way I can see this shifting quicker is if you get a job with more money. Other than that it might be worth accepting that your debt free date is the date you have chosen. Can you do a part-time job for a while? Is that an option?

Hope that sounds okay. I do know what it is like to be stuck in a relationship that is not moving at the pace you want, to be stuck with people you don't want to live with, to have a job that is not challenging (prob not all at the same time though) & also to have lots of debt so I understand how you feel :(

Well, these are the things I struggle with when I have bad days. I know they can all be sorted with time and obviously with bit of effort.

    Counting my blessings now:

Work: at least I have one.

Relationship: bf is very thoughtful and lovely even if he hasn't said I love you yet. However, this is becoming more and more of an issue and next time I speak to him, something needs to move forward, otherwise I'm seriously starting to see no other option, but not to be with him.

House: flatmates are nice, and I've decided to move next year, so at least that's something to look forward to.

Debt: I know the DFD will come, I wish it would be quicker, but at least it's 'only' couple of years.

    Thanks for the support!
