Am feeling a bit odd about it, I don't like to be the centre of attention and I am not good at emotional farewells so will find it really hard to say goodbye to all of my team who are lovely£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

I know, I just get deeply uncomfortable when things are about me. The one group I won't forget to thank are my team - i love them to bits. I am mentally composing my 'all staff' email and what I will say to my team as I head off.
I bet I crylol

People like it if you cry at things like that - shows you're human and that you care!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

i cried at my last public speech with my work LOL... in front of about 90 people....but that kinda of emotional show lets people know that you really do care....
CMD hun what have you been buying for your house?
You should have let me know if there were things you needed, we're trying to streamline our house... could have emailed you some photos etc.....if there are still things you need/want just let me know, especially if its decorative LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -

Hi all,
I also don't like big goodbyes. I would sneak away if I could!
CAFC- just buying things like a vase and duvet cover, some wine glasses etc. The place is furnished, so we don't need anything massive but we promised that as OH had been at uni for the last 2 years that we would buy good stuff that will last, as the cheap stuff always breaks! We got everything in the sales so not too bad!

Morning all.
Pay day's just been 5 days ago and I'm already looking forward to the next one.
Looking forward to the time when my debts are in UK only and I can update as I go along and pay bit off every month. It's just bit demoralising that I have almost a thousand sitting in the bank waiting to be paid off the s.loan, but no point cos otherwise I pay twice for the transfer fee...
Feeling quite run down atm, really difficult to get up in the mornings. Thinking about having Thursday off so can get ready for Friday and weekend. Friday night it's friends wedding party (she got married in Mauritius) and Sunday we're off to a match again.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
