  • There is a terrible flu/cold thing going around.

I have caught OH's cold, but it is to be expected with the stress of moving and then then the whole tenants saga last week.

    Hows the house looking?

I have to work :( but at least it is from home so I can be miserable in my pj's!

The flat is looking like a state but we are getting there slowly but surely. We have friends staying on Sat so it will have to be sorted by then anyway.

Have you had anymore chats with your DH about the move up north?

  • That's great thathe has started looking at other jobs. Sometimes you need to think outside the box if you want to move somewhere. I have had to take a step backwards in order to move forwards when I have moved to new places.

Have you started looking as well?

Any challenges you have can be overcome once you are open and honest with a potential employer.

So do you have a timeframe for moving or are you looking for jobs locally as well? When do you finish your current job? I know you prob don't need reminding but you need to get your debts in order.

What about applying for some Xmas jobs to see you through?

I've applied for plenty of xmas temp jobs in that area so just waiting to hear. I think temp will probably have to be the way to go. Ive got work till the 15th Nov, and then we're looking to move at the start of december.

I know I need to get the debts in order, hence sending out letters to them all explaining the situation. May attempt going to CCCS and see if they can help us out more than payplan were able to.
