My birth story is on my journal if anyone wants to read the gory details!
just popped over to your diary.
DD is not in her own bedroom unfortunately. we live with my parents so she's in our room cos there's nowhere else for her. that's the main problem we've had. if she wakes in the night (and when she goes to bed) she sees our bed and wants to get in there instead of her own. so we're just pleased she's started to settle in her own bed so hopefully there'll be less of a culture shock for her when we move and she gets her own roomGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
Hi Starnac
Our DD still sleeps in our room, in our bed, she should really go in her own bed, she has her toddler bed set up in the kids room, they have bunk beds but I know it will be me that has to keep getting up and down in the night when she fidgets or if the dummy comes out and I just can't be bothered. She will have to go in there soon.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
Some good news. I rang up today about my Endowment as I was waiting for a quote from a company who buys them and they offered me £10,747 (Prudential cash in value last week was £10,195.30). She e-mailed me the offer and I printed off the paperwork and I signed it and sent it back today, should take 3-4 weeks and they send me a cheque so am very happy that I can pay off 4 of my credit cards at the beginning of April, then I will have 4 left, 3 with low rates, 2 LOB and 1 0% for a year and then MBNA which has £6.5k on it but will make all the over payments to that card, will save me 4 statements coming in and 4 lots of interest. Am a happy bunny today.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

so glad we're not the only "bad parents" for letting DD sleep in our bed. it's just so much easier. it's the only way we'd get a decent night sleep but she's doing brilliantly in her own bed at the moment. she's revelling in being a big girl so we're really playing that.
well done on your endowment as wellGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

I sent the signed forms, my passport and my form that I had to get witnessed by someone who knew me. I got my passport back today plus a letter acknowledging safe receipt of the items I sent back so hopefully there will be nothing else I need to do and hopefully I'll get the money soon.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

I'm feeling very down atm. Money just doesn't seem to stretch everywhere, I just can't seem to be able to live a normal life. But I can't sacrifice my hobbies and holidays to paying off debt all the time. Think that would push me over the edge. Been looking at jobs and not many I can apply for, and not for that much more money. Depressing...DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0
