I'm going to pay 4 of my credit cards off probably £7.5k in total for those, so that leave about £20k left on 4 cards, 6.9% until paid off, 7.9% until paid off, 0% for 12 months and MBNA is the highest APR so will make all over payments to that. Getting my car serviced this week and MOT'd and OH is paying for that and I'll pay him back when I get my money, want to put some in savings, will see how things are when I've paid the 4 cards off and how I manage with the money I get at the moment from Ebay.
They originally said it would take 2-3 weeks then another person I spoke to said they send me a cheque within 3-4 weeks, it's been just over 10 days so far and I've sent all the information over so hopefully just waiting for whatever they need Prudential to do.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -
I like the name Max as well. Glad you're doing well CMD. And you still have time to give advice!!! You're doing great!
You should have seen me 1/2 an hour ago. I was covered in sick
It's amazing how much instinct kicks in when they are born though. OH had barely even held a baby 2 weeks ago - now he is feeding and changing nappies like it is 2nd nature!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

my DH was like that. he was so nervous when he first held DD that he insisted he changed her nappy on his own the first time he got chance. he was a natural in no time.
not much going on here. am very tired but got 7hrs55mins to go til i finish work. that's so depressing. i've got a few things to do though so i'll get through them giving me tomorrow with DD free. hopefully she'll want a nap after coffee morning so i can have one tooGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -
hiya sorry not been around much - I have been setting up my website for what I hope will be my new coaching business. I am also applying for "day jobs" as well to try and secure some income during the early stages. I have an interview Tuesday for a really local job in a related field to my coaching business so really hope I get that one. Don't know how many stages there will be though or how many people are going for the job.
We are still spending too much - compounded by the fact that I have had to purchase some things for my new business too.
Debt repayment is going to be minimums only I imagine if I don't get a job / income from my business soon.... Not sure I will qualify for JSA. I don't know about all of you but I can do really well for most of the month and then completely blow it with a couple of days spends.... which of course were justifiable but may not have been on the critically essential list!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
