wow it must have felt great paying in such a great big cheque. you'll have to let us know when you pay stuff off. will you complete your £15k challenge then??

It did feel good until I asked when it would clear and he said Friday, I've waited this long I'm sure another 4 days won't be too bad.

I've given up on the 15k challenge, I've not updated my totals in a while so now idea how much I have paid off. Maybe I'll start from scratch when I've paid off the 4 cards and see how I go paying off the rest.

Yes, it is good. Shame I'm still got £20k to pay off when I've paid off 4 cards, I shall not be leaving for a long while yet.

For me the paper hat challenge has become confusing too - I would rather deal with my real debt figure now

I stopped updating my totals ages ago, mainly because with 7 credit card bills coming in every month it was a nightmare updating it all the time, plus I've had to use the cards a few times so seemed pointless.

    Roll on Friday!

def roll on friday as it's pay day for me. can't wait i'm so skint. had to borrow money off DH for bus fare this morning.

i've got a support and development meeting at work today. boy they are not going to know what hit them. i'm so cheesed off with the way they have been treating staff lately. and i'm also cheesed off (this is a very mild way of saying how i really feel but i don't swear so it'll have to do) about my rotas. they are just not family friendly at all unless they are just trying to be very un starnac friendly which i wouldn't put past them as the woman doing the rotas doesn't like me very much. i really need another job which is more school hours and regular days so i know where i stand. i've been doing this job for so long now i don't know what else i could do.

    sorry about the downer

    Hi all

Well I got offered a local job subject to references and medical - so trusting that goes okay should be earning again soon. It is really close to my home so should be very minimal commuting cost so should hopefully be able to make big inroads into our debts again.
