We have sorted it out now and had a lovely day yesterday. OH has agreed to be more proactive and help me with things rather than moaning!

Hope everyone is well on this very wet day :)

    Morning all.

Nice and sunny in Cardiff CMD. And glad you've managed to sort your disagreement.

No news yet about my car. Took it up to Herefordshire at the weekend and the garage there is having a look at it this week. When I gave my list to my friend and he relayed it to the garage, they said it should be about half what I was quoted so fingers crossed, it could still be fixed.

Had a really nice day on Saturday, my other friend goes hacking with this horse now and again and I went with her on her mountain bike, it's lush, £1500 bianchi. Only did 5 miles but it was really good fun. Also managed to see couple of other friends so all in all, quite successful outing. Train back was bit of a nightmare though. Supposed to take about an hour, and go outside Cardiff in time, then stopped because of signalling problems at Cardiff Central, and waited, just outside Cardiff mind, for another hour!!! Was not best pleased I tell you.

Anyway, quite tired and bit tight after yesterdays matches, and yes, we lost both of our games, again! :( Seems to be the story of our team... So frustrating though.

Also, got £5 from scratchie yesterday, but then couldn't withdraw. Will try again when I get back home, otherwise I have to ring customer services. Close to £10 withdrawal from Virgin as well.

Proud to have dealt with my debts!

Any news on the car yet Tirlittan?

Just paid £400 off credit cards. Only £200 is reflected in my sig as I had to pay £200 off my credit card used on hols and that isn't included in my overall sig :(

I have other bits and pieces coming into my account during the month so I have decided to pay 1/2 off the virgin card and 1/2 off the holiday card. I need to see some money coming off my sig to motivate me.

I have nearly all of OH's xmas presents now and just have OH's Dad, my Mum and a few fiddly bits and I will be done!

I feel your pain, all of the £1400 that I paid off the other day went into the same black hole :( (although like all of my black cash holes it was entirley created by me  and I will have LOVELY holidays as a result :D)

I am good cheers hun, how is bump doing?

I should probably have said before that my big overpay this month was because I had over a month's pay as my first salary payment in my new job - the amount was lovely to get though a fair chunk of it went on the credit card buffer that I used because my last month from my old job was a short month - sob. No interest though so same difference sort of. (sadly the hols on the other 0% credit card will clobber me for a bit longer)
