Ooh I bet you can't wait to see the wages in your account! My OH was like that last month - after 2 years of studying!

    Morning.

Still no good news about car. Webuyanycar will offer only £100 minus the £10 admin fee, so I'll be off to Herefordshire after work to see if my friend can help me sort out anything better. WBAC would scrap it as well as there's too many cosmetic damages as well. Obviously £90 is better than nothing, but if I can get any more, that's always a bonus. I'd be happier with £150 though...

Hope you get closer to the £150. Will you have to buy a new car now?

Payday for me! I paid off my minimum payments and also transferred money into my baby savings account. There are more payments to come but they will come out gradually during the month. Looked at my credit card from Oz

Am afraid to look at OH's :( Need to get moving on AQA to start making inroads on them.

If my car can't be fixed for reasonable amount, I'll try to be without a car for a bit and buy one closer to summer, so I have time to save a bit more...We'll see how it goes.

It's good that a car isn't essential for you for travelling to work or anything. How are you, apart from the car business?

Yes, I will manage without a car, though it will be bit more inconvenient.

Otherwise fine I think, can't wait till next pay day and then can pay big chunk of s.loan! I know I'll still owe the money to another place, but at least the interest is bit lower. Looking forward to next year as well.

It will be exciting to pay a big chunk off your loan. When my Virgin card is at 0 I am hoping to get a 0% balance transfer deal and I want to pay a big chunk off my loan as well and do the same thing. Is this what stoozers do? I think it is!

It's very quiet on here this week

yes, been very quiet. And I'm so bored at work...

About the same what stoozers do, though I expect they just put the money in high savings account and get profit from that. Would love to be able to do that, one day...

I want to be a stoozer! But yeah, you are right they prob don't have any debt, or use the money to pay off some of the mortgage!

Sig is looking good now OH is working. It is a shame to have a baby with so much debt as well but at least we have some savings and I won't be stressed when off on mat leave.
