Fuzzled - GET OFF THE BL**DY SOFA!!!!
Was that any use to you? ;)

I have spent the morning cleaning the kitchen & bathroom, washing all floors, changing bedding and have just packed away all my summer clothes. Having a quick tea & internet break before organising all my bags and shoes. I really should sell some of my bags but I can't get my head around it. I know the 'It bag' is dead and soooo over but one day they'll be classics! The Fendi Spy alone is a design classic for heaven's sake. Oh well, for now they can sit in their dustbags on my shelf being ignored.

Got to try and slap some make up on to go down Tesco in a bit. Why on earth do I do that? Why can't I leave the house bare-faced with unwashed hair? I live in Brixton for heaven's sake where every other person is a mad-eyed toothless crack addict. Damn my vanity!!

Tilly - love your charity appeal for me, thanks! Also Teresa Green, seriously!? I had an ex called Gareth Davies whose Grandfather had wanted his middle name to be Owen. His parents declined but given that he was an arrogant sod, the initials G.O.D. would have suited him down to the ground!

It is amazing how much laura talks to herself on here:rotfl:Oh no- I'm getting a rep!

Anyway Laura WELL DONE on the CC!!! Very proud of you:D Thank You :D

Laura has done hers (diet version)- Laura what score out of 10 would you give? I must say i thought it looked yummy, nice a cheesy and creamy!:D

I'd say it was about a 6 or 7 out of 10. I think my diet version has potential to be quite yummy but I need to work on it. I think I had too much sauce for the taglitelli which is why it was a bit lumpy. That and the heat was probably a bit too high 'cos I have a silly electic hob which has very poor temperature control  But I think, with work- I could get it up to an 8 or 9. It was actually quite nicley creamy for a diet version.

    Evening Ladies :hello:

Thought I would pop in quickly before settling down for Strictly :D Now do I watch it til the end or turn over for X Factor - Decisions decisions :o

Had a pretty busy day and got everything done I needed apart from not being able to get the washing out due to this sh*t weather. Really hate the cold wet and dreary winter days and nights

Day not too good as son was punched last night by a doorman which resulted in his tooth going through his tongue  He has been to the hospital but nothing they were able to do. He is currently sleeping in my bed where he has been for the last few hours icon9.gif

Redstar - Thanks for the welcome :D

Tilly - Hope you have had a restful day to make up for your frantic Friday. What sort of things do you enjoy drawing/painting

Confuzzled - Wow....... what a list of chores you set yourself !!!!!!!!
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints - the sinners are much more fun ;)

Fuzzled - check you out girlfren'!! Am well impressed that you pulled your socks up and got on with things. A good day's work (on a Saturday, how dull!).

Laura - I need to make Tilly's recipe asap as it looks lovely but I can't afford fancy things like pecorino cheese. Can I use parmesan? I've got a pot of that! I'll hang fire with my recipe until 9th October but I have picked a book! Will pop to the post office this week and send it to RM.

Speaking of which, RM where are you today? And Ebs. And where the heck has Princess been lately? Hope she hasn't abandoned us :(

Poppy - so sorry to hear about your son!! Doormen can be horrendous creatures and most of them are ex-cons with proper violent tendencies. I do hope he's not too upset. The key is for him to get back on the bike as it were because if he keeps himself indoors it'll get harder to get back into the social scene. How old is he by the way?
I had a run in with one in a club in Brixton earlier this year. I was leaving alone and he stopped me at the door, backed me into a corner (he was HUGE) and asked me where I was going. I just said 'home' and he went 'I don't think so love,' pushed a tenner into my hand and said 'go upstairs, get yourself a drink and I'll come and get you when I've finished for the night.' I was really freaked out so I threw the money on the floor, ducked round him and literally ran home! Mind you, the doormen at my local are LOVELY so there are some exceptions.

Have done SO much today! Cleaned, washed floors, changed bedding, moved all shoes out of tangled heap and reinstalled them in racks, cleared out summer clothes, reorganised whole wardrobe, reorganised bedroom drawers and did a Tesco shop. Phew!!!

Settled down for Strictly. Got a bottle of Sauv Blanc and a lasagne in the oven. It's nights like this I really miss having a boyfriend :(
