Blimey Laura, that's well keen! Sounds lovely though. I was watching Jamie the other day and he did Indian stuff, including that cheese thing. Made me feel the need for curry. Wonder if I could muster up some kind of curry sauce for our pork tonight? :rolleyes: Already have rice cooked (enough to last about 3 years, would seem I misjudged) so would only have to make sauce. Can I steal your sauce recipe?

Hmm- hven't got a sauce exactly. The tandoori chicken is 'dry' as it's coated in yoghurt and the tandoori masala and then cooked in the oven. Although I was thinking of making a tomato sauce with some tandoori masala in it- basically some tinned tom and onions and then the masala powder- although any curry powder would work I guess. Anyways- I came on to say I'm in the middle of prepping everything, haven't even started cooking yet and it smells amazing! I really hope this turns out ok...:o

RM - am so sorry to hear about your car, how disappointing and also upsetting (I used to get really emotionally attached to my cars!). I really hope you're not taking it too hard and thinking of the positives like exercise and money saved on insurance, tax, petrol, etc. Sorry, love and thanks for your kind words.

Thanks everyone as per for saying lovely things and sorry for the majorly grumpy post earlier! Have heard that I've got an interview on Friday for another job, rubbish wage but sounds interesting so if it's offered, I'll take it. Can't afford to be choosy it would seem. Also, had my test results back from another agency and I am:
Powerpoint 97%
Word 90%
Excel 80%
Typing 71wpm
Really pleased with all that and it's given me a teeny confidence boost.

Maybe- I'm reserving judgement until I eat it Something usually goes wrong. So far- the only thing that has gone wrong is the knife slipped when i was cutting an onion and I've taken the skin off of a couple of fingers but y'know, not so bad. That and the veg curry is not very attractive looking- I hope it tastes better than it looks It smells ok...

I'm watching Jerry Springer at the moment, (when I say watching- I mean it's on in the background while I do other stuff) and it's so fake and stupid :rolleyes: but funny :rotfl:

OMG- sooo annoyed. OH has rung to say he is just leaving the gym and is walking ome so will be home at about 8, but then he is going online to play halo with his stupid friends. And he said what are you having for tea so i said we are having all this indian food i've made-
and actually i now have to retract this rant 'cos he just rang to say he is on the bus so will be home in time to eat anyway! boys :rolleyes:

well update is i kinda met a person of the male variety on sat night, in subway of all places, he still asked for my number despite my pinkness and my tiara so thats a good thing right? hes not my usual type he has curly hair! but seems very cute and he got in touch today and said about meeting up this week so we shall see. although he didnt say when? oh god i feel sick.. is this the hangover talking or the idea of going on a d.a.t.e. with a real life boy. eeek.

Tell me about it! OH text me an hour ago to say he's staying at work to play fifa with someone, despite the fact that I got upset when he did same yesterday - won't be long apparently :cool:
