Bought a Co-op happy medium sized reduced chicken for £2... roasted and eaten tonight, I usually make a chicken/cous cous/salad meal second night... then am uninspired and freeze the rest of the meat... I did make chicken fajitas last week from one, so inspiration is attempting to return!
Any ideas folks for my new chicken, mostly still there and only missing just slightly more than one leg?MFW #185
