I just have my notebook out to do this, as we are probably going shopping tonight to make the most our long weekend

    Breakfasts
Grapefruit with Sultanans, Raisins and Maple Syrup to start, then...
Toast with HM Strawberry Jam, HM Marmalade or Marmite

    Dinners
Monday: Penne e Fagioli al Forno (my Italian is dreadful but it looks better stuck on the fridge than "pasta and bean bake" ;) )
Tuesday: Pea Soup with Crusty Bread and Butter (possibly HM, possibly a baguette)
Wednesday: Saag Aloo with Broad Bean and Onion Pilau, Chutney, Pickle and Salad.
Thursday: Organic Mature Cheddar and Potato Pie with Baked Beans and Salad

I usually shop every two weeks, so i'm 'due' again next week, but I still have loads of stuff, so it should be a very cheap week. Just got to remember what I have already!

Saturday - had planned for sweet and sour chicken, but i'm going to my dad's during the day now so that might change depending on how much cake we decide to eat and how long I stay and pester him :pWe went out for lunch and I had a chicken club sandwich which was yummy! It was very big though, so will just have something snacky tonight

Sunday - jacket potato with chilli [freezer]

Monday - jacket potato with chilli [freezer]

Tuesday - meat(less)balls with pasta [freezer] Ended up going to the cinema, so ran in and had a couple of meatballs but they were horrible! We went to McDonalds after the film, but my brother kindly paid :)

Wednesday - [STRIKE]possibly going to the cinema, so will eat out if so. If not, i'll be really lazy and have a packet of pasta and sauce[/STRIKE] Did a pasta bake (sauce from a jar) and topped with sliced tomato and cheese. Bought some garlic dough balls to go with it, but overcooked them, so they were rock hard

Thursday - [STRIKE]sausages [freezer] with butter baked rice[/STRIKE] Will have pasta bake again as lots left

Friday - chicken [freezer] curry with rice (actually, thinking about it, I have vegetable curry in the freezer, so will add a little bit of chicken and some curry paste to that) This may change too!

Saturday - pasta bake/macaroni type thing (my dad used to make it) ...and this

Sunday - leftover pasta bake thing! ...this too

Oh dear, it's not gone very well this week, but I suppose I haven't bought anything else and have still used what I have AND still have most of the above in the freezer so nevermind.

Ooo.....some of your menu's are so "exotic" compared to mine! Can see I'll have to be doing a bit of cutting and pasting (to print) this week! :D
