actually - I need 2 pieces of advice from you both - how do you see your stars ? ( never bothered to look ! ) and how do I change my MSN username ? ( just re reg ? - how do you log out ? )

totally agree with this and he even posted a link to his listing a previous thread, where he was asking for advice and if i remember rightly several people comment on where he was going wrong!

I totally agree having a different name on here to your ebay user name is a brilliant idea.

Dont know about user name on here, you could change your ebay username, you go to seller account, personal details or something like that

View your stars on seller account in dashboard i beleive or on ur feedback page!

Lookin at your stars, there not that bad to be honest all above 4.4 which i beleive is okay?

why would u want to re register? theres nothing wrong with ur current username just change it from ur ebay one

yeah because infact he was correct, the terms you specify in your listing for tickets are contray to what a buyer on ebay is entitled to and thats what cyberbob informed you! you didnt like it and became rude ! i think just about everyother poster on that thread told you to apologise!

If you change your user name on ebay the old and new one are still linked so people can see (for a while) what you have changed it to. You get a funny little symbol next to the ID which gives your id history.

You can't change your user name on MSE unfortunately.

I think someone mentioned stars and seller dashboard (this is my new favourite obsession as it will soon be grounds for posisble suspension if we get any 1 or 2 * left, regulars no doubt will be praying I don't do my usual cut and paste..but i'm going to!

Also keep an eye on your expanded seller dashboard that will identify if you have any 1 or 2 * left in any category, but be warned it can make worrying reading.

Go into my ebay > hover your mouse over the account tab at top > click on seller dashboard > scroll down page until you find Buyer satisfaction >click on See how eBay calculates your rating.and that shows if anyone has left a 1 or 2 * in last 30 days. It only updates every couple of days though.

I have left 2 stars for p&p and dispatch time! i didnt realise they could get suspended for it! opps
