    I'm back!!!!!!!

    took me 4 hrs to do 21 miles, fairly (very) hilly, but really enjoyed it. Was the funniest race I've ever done. Ran with a friend of similar pace, stopped at two cake and tea stalls :D for fruit cake and a brew - had a chat, it was brilliant. Could have gone faster but was enjoying myself chatting.

    Am now bejeezered but I'm ironing so I don't have to do it on Mothers Day :rotfl: Looking forward to a glass of red wine later.

    Hpyno- you are right! I am so much more confident now. Someone told me with the hills etc I have done the equivalent of a marathon today which has made me feel so much better and the training is paying off.

    Will pop back on later once ironing done. Thank you for all the good luck messages, really nice to come home too :D x
