Hi IMD glad the race went well. I often find if I get really euphoric I crash later - I think it is an adrenaline crash maybe? Hope tomorrow goes well for you

SH - you're probably right, feeling much better now, still a niggle of negativity about the debt but I guess if there wasn't I would be ignoring it right?

Kids off to school, dogs walked, house cleaned all before 8.52am  I have a whole entire complete day to do ebay - so I'm sure I will manage to waste a lot of time in between

Bank accounts still within OD limits which is good and can proceed as normal for now.

First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!

    Everything sounding positive then.
Feeling down with the debt is all part and parcel of coming to terms with the debt and tackling it..but that is a positive as it can help us focus. There'll be plenty of emotions along the journey.

Mrs R - yes do pass it on as it saved potential embarrassment on Saturday, however it certainly does last a while :o

Productive start to the day, ironing started, children arguing and being pedantic already, dog pestering and trying to fight the other dog who is not interested, usual moans about contents of packed lunch......tough!

Two new huge parcels of Ebay stuff have arrived. Only just managed to get the other two lots on yesterday - tired now! My plan is to get all 5 lots on Turbolister that I have ordered and then upload 60 items on every week until they are all gone. Just finding it quite hard having full time job, kids, running and then using every spare minute to list ebay, so going to get it all on Turbolister and list gradually just for a break - not repeating myself or anything

Legs achey now, had to fork out for physio yesterday as they hurt to walk and were very crampy. He's told me not to run for a few days. This stresses me out because (i) it is my stress release and (ii) I have a marathon plan and I hate not doing what I'm scheduled to do - think I am slightly obsessive like that. But willt ake his advice as I am allegedly at risk of popping something.

May pop back every time I've listed 15 items as a reward.....

Ooh, go you: you are doing very, very well! :T And don't beat yourself up about following the physio's advice: imagine if you did pop whatever it is and then couldn't do the marathon? You'd kick yourself (except you probably wouldn't be able to do it physically and would have to resort to mentally beating yourself up instead! ;))

Do you think you could schedule cleaning my house and listing my ebay stuff, if you hate not doing what you have scheduled. :)

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Hope you are taking Physios advice..a few days of rest is better than popping something and having to take weeks or even months off running!!!
