  • OMG you really are tedious, I did not start a conversation with you, you are like a cracked record, every time someone brings up the subject of a tribunal, you spout off how fair they are! I asked you how come you are such an oracle on tribunals, you refused to explain, thats your prerogotive, instead you just keep going on and on about the fairness of tribunals! !!!!!!! thats why I get peeved, its not cos I dont like your answers, because your answers carry no weight anyway, I am stating the facts of what happened on the day of my tribunal, whether or not you believe all tribunals are fair, just doesnt have any impact on what happened to me, thats all.

No you are being tedious and also wrong, you did start the conversation, check back on the thread, you asked me the question in the first place. I have explained why I had to repeat myself. Tribunals are fair in the vast majority of cases, oops I have said it again. As I said I do not need to explain anything to you, as I said before I have never known a tribunal not to be independent, you do not seem to believe me so I cannot see why you would if I told you how I know this. What I have said about tribunals is correct. I did not say all tribunals were fair, as people do have problems, if what I have said has no impact on you I do not know why you keep replying especailly when you said you did not want the conversation to carry on. You are being ridiculous.

BTW !!!!!! is rude and unecessary.

But your answers carry no weight either. One person's subjective, biased experience doesn't prove anything and just upsets prospective claimants who may be persuaded that your experience is the norm (which it isn't!).
  • ridiculous? go away.

It should not upset prospective claimants, it is just my story, and it shows what can happen at tribunals, and that is true, not based on any other information apart from my own personal experience, what would I have to gain from scaremongering people? Why cant you just let me tell my experience without pouring scorn on me? I told it how it was for me, and thats all, I hope nobody else has to endure what happened to me, I dont see why strangers have to contridict my story? As I said, its just my experience, and I dont take kindly to being doubted on it.

Your experience is, of course, valid to you and you have a perfect right to retell it on here.

Where I think you're wrong is the fact that you imply that it's a common occurrance and get annoyed with anyone who tells you that the majority of claims aren't like this.

Nobody believes that the system is perfect but it works pretty well for the vast majority of claimants.

I would just like to point out that I have not contradicted your story, I have just pointed out that is not the usual experience at tribunals.
