however also remember stamp duty now, on thurs we paid our solicitors fees, land registry and stamp duty all at once and it was a whopping £2676.00 :eek:
hoping our £1k deposit from this rental house will sort us out again0 -

we got a voucher for £595 off our final bill because were a first time buyer.

Help! I've seen a property this morning that I'd like, but there are two things I'm not sure about:
There is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom - does anyone know if Link homes take bathrooms into account when approving properties?
It is offers in the region of £95,000 (which is the maximum I am allowed to sped, but the Home Report values it at £100,000 - will this cause a problem? Were any of your properties valued above your maximum?
