there is a great deal on lastminute for the polar star catered chalet - all food etc for a family of 4 for about £1400 - personally I think that's great for what you are getting0

Thanks Poe, I had seen that one, and I agree that its a fantastic deal - but unfortunately for me, its a 7 night deal out of Bristol. (its £1600 out of Gatwick for anyone interested)
Plus, it says that Children under 12yrs cannot be accepted.
Ummm... kinda defeats the whole point of going to see Santa !!:D

I've stayed at the Polar Star a couple of times and it is definitely worth a visit. I would go again if the dates worked for me. They do allow children under the age of twelve to stay for the three weeks coming up to Christmas.0
