Your ignorance is showing. That's a perfectly believeable sequence of events if you know anything about older people and falls, and chemotherapy..

exactly what I was going to post. There are many requirements that need to be met before a round a chemo and not having major bruising and injuries are merely one of them.

I think the original post should be reported too. This is a blatant wind up thread.

It's MADNESS OD... shall we all just sit in silence with our laptops next time we need advice staring at the screen, as CLEARLY the OP, and by extension all of us, was lying.

    Ridiculous.

    Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could advise on what the best compensation company would be to use after a fall?
For personal injury try Fentons. They have a few branches but don't worry about location they do everything by phone, email and post. All the legal jargon is explained and Conditional Fee Agreement (No win no fee) means you get all the compensation.

Regarding the claim, as others have said, evidence, details and specifics are all important, as are any witnesses you may have.

Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Board guides are not moderators and don't read every post. If you spot an inappropriate or illegal post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.
