Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone could advise on what the best compensation company would be to use after a fall?

What sort of fall are we talking about? Have you first written to the place where the incident happened to see what they say? Have they offered to pay for any treatment that was required?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Do you really need compensation?0

Well yea i think so, its for my mum she tripped over crappy laid paving slabs on way home from chemo she smashed her arm to pieces which she still cant use properly over 3 months later and its deformed, smashed her head which has a massive dent in it and had to have her chemo stopped half way through because her arm wasnt healing properly, so yea I think a bit of compensation would be necassary.
So does anyone have any advise on the best company to use?0 -
Where were the paving slabs?
Do you have photos of them?
How uneven were they?
(just trying to clarify some stuff...)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

If your mum wants to make a claim, then she's best to go to a local firm of solicitors, and avoid these accident management companies, whose only aim is to make money through referral fees (ie money for nothing).0

theres nothing wrong with using the no win no fee solicitors you see on the tv. yes, they aim to make as much money as possible, but that doesnt affect your potential compensation. use review sites to see who gets a good rating, they are free to use, and you can read peoples experience with them. good luck to you and your mum. i wish her well.
(if its down to the council, best of luck indeed. it'll be a shame they use the tax payers money to fight what would have been their fault.)AVOID BEST FOR LOANS...COMPLETE SCAMMERS0 -
