I'm not sure where is the best section of this website to post this so hopefully someone can help re-direct me.

I recently joined a scaffolding firm, which sent me to a building site where i happened to cut my leg open just under my knee on a piece of re-bar on a uncovered service hole. However when i joined this new firm lets call it PeterScaf, i informed them that i have the incorrect form of cscs and have booked to take my test for the friday. They then sent me to this building site run by lets call the company Petersons, didnt induct me to the site so therefore failed to take into consideration i had no cscs card. where do i stand and what is the best company to go to?

any reply's will be great full,

What medical attention did you require?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

i was craned off of the building site and saw regular and specialist paramedics, then the hospital is it was straight to the bone and required 14 stitches and had to be put to sleep while the operation took place.
