It is more then likely after reading this that you will want Thomas Sanderson blinds. Email me on true_blue_09@hotmail.com as I still have the contact number for a fantastic sales rep who is very knowledgeable and friendly from Thomas Sanderson as he did one of my conservatories for me.
I have 7 homes across England all with conservatories and Thomas Sanderson have installed all my blinds. The sales reps have always been prompt, warm, knowledgeable and always like to deal on price. The quality was fantastic and was made even better by the fact they brought all the materials with them in all colours and even demonstrated the product at my homes.
They gave me a fantastic price but only if I purchased on the day, if not the price was higher. As many educated people will understand this is how business works. I have read comments from some people on this forum moaning that they had to buy it there and then to get the good price – well its how all my companies work and many others to. Why go trying to save £100/200 when you can order there and then, get fantastic quality and have them fitted with in a few weeks.
They offer 50% off
Full 5 year guarantee
10 year buy back
Finance deals
I have had quotes from the top 5 conservatory blinds companies on gooogle excluding Sanderson’s and the quality was literally rubbish and talk about pressure selling!!!
It disappoints me to see so people expressing negative opinions about a fantastic company.0 -
Oh look yet another new member who praises a company to high-heaven when there has been so much critiscm about Thomas Sanderson.
As regards discounts, I imagine that the original price was not the true one, and the so-called discount probably brings the price down do the actual price.
When I ordered my blinds from a local company they didn't go through all that malarkey about "special discounts". They gave a true price there-and-then, with no messing about. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Any company uses discounts as a sales technique ie: tesco, argos etc etc maybe we should tell to stop and instead put a true price on things (even though they are pretty stable and big companies, they obvioulsy have got it wrong) I dont think so!
I have now had 8 sets of blinds from Thomas Sanderson and I am very pleased with them. When potential buyers come to view my properties they always comment on the conservatory blinds.
I think I have enough experience of thomas sanderson to say that their reps are first rate genuine nice people and their products are second to none.
Small companies are a risk in this economic climate. What if they go bust? who is going to refund your faulty blinds, who is going to give you customer after care etc etc
Better the devil you know0 -
Even by usual trolling standards your posts are impossibly trollesque..
I have 14 sets of these blinds,and I disagree,0 -
If that were true why would you buy 14 sets from thomas sanderson?0
-
Someone else paid for them, they have poor judgement, they realise now..0

You obviously haven't met all their sales reps, unless you think that 'first rate genuine nice people' usually go into the homes of potential customers using foul and obnoxious language. Whilst I'm sure that the vast majority of reps are not like this, unfortunately this was our experience.Small companies are a risk in this economic climate. What if they go bust? who is going to refund your faulty blinds, who is going to give you customer after care etc etc
What if Thomas Sanderson were to go bust? Surely you'd be in the same situation? No business is completely risk free, especially at the moment - just look at XL who went into receivership yesterday. They were the 3rd biggest holiday firm, yet it happened to them. Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0 -
Sure I accept every company has a rogue member of staff, its happend in my company and when I find them I sack them. It seems you may have had this unfortunate experience. However I have met 10/11 different reps who have their own styles but still I found them to be as I said 'first rate geuine nice people'
Well yes its true that in business you can never be 100% sure but you put the risks in to perspective. There is a significantly greater risk of a smaller company going bust then a big one. With the example you used we could say that Thomas Cook were always bigger then XL and therefore better euipped to handle an economic climate and this has proved to be the case. This senario can be likened to Thomas Sanderson and a stand alone small company.0 -
Whats this thing you have about the name "Thomas",:rotfl:0
