My order was on 16th December, and was delivered on 21st to my work address no problem. ;D

Only had good experience with Ebuyer, used them about 10 times in the past 18months, one time I experienced a late delivery (by 1 day), my delivery charge was refunded. Don't think they are as bad as the press given (and much better than the experience I had with Scan and some of the other Manchester outfits).

Personally never had any problems with Ebuyer, although they do take absolutely ages (like days and days) to answer enotes about anything. However they did respond really quickly when I sent an enote asking why one graphics card was priced at £7,500 so they obviously do read them all - they just choose not to answer most straight away.
With companies like this I restrict my purchases only to smaller items that I can afford to not work, or where I can get by without them if there's a problem (e.g. case fans, lights etc.) I wouldn't buy anything which was mission critical from any of the Ebuyer, Aria, Scan etc. companies.
Despite their being crap in most respects I will buy items from PC World if the price difference is say 10-15% just so that I can take it back and get it replaced no questions asked if there's a problem - that's what you're paying extra for.

I agree that their customer service (especially regarding returns) is next to useless.
I found them a bareable risk if buying name branded items that have plenty of stock.
However, it still pays to shop around !

I placed an order over Christmas which they delivered earlier then expected and they have just informed me that they are refunding me the delivery charges for the confusion.

In fact every order I have placed with them has been delivered without problem.

Superb. Couldn't ask for more really.

Totally agree, Bought tons of stuff of ebuyer, found them cheap and reliable

ok ok i think we get the message,some people cant stand em(no deliveries,no customer service) and others lov em(cheap,quick delivery).thought this was the grabbit board not the discussion board ???
