I ordered from Dabs and got next day delivery for £5
I ordered from DABS and got secondhand items.
Would never use them again.
Dabs customer service is non existant and probably illegal, as they do not have a contact phone number.
I would rate them 100 times worse than Ebuyer >:(
It just goes to show that only one bad purchase can make you believe a company is really bad, as you only hear about the bad side., which distorts the fact that 99.9% of customers are probably very happy.0 -
I always used to think eBuyer was ok, and just laughed at all my colleagues and mates who'd had problems, until one day it happened to me.
So all you who reckon they're great. Go ahead, keep ordering. It's only a matter of time.Soon, you WILL see the light.

I wish I'd read this before ordering from e buyer. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.0

I have ordered in bulk from them for 18 months now and only had 1 problem which was resolved promptly by email. Thats 1 problem order in over 300, pretty goodVal0

Email that's a laugh now. They never use emails, or telephones or for that matter the one and only other communication there enotes which is a complete joke. They don't answer them either. Been waiting for one since the 20th. Had to open another and that was 5 days ago still not even been replied too.
Had to send them (joke nice people) a recorded letter demanding my money back as they failed to send me the goods on the 24th. Didn't even bother letting me know why.
I do hope they go bust, they are complete utter joke a disgrace to being an idiot.
Just wait they will !!!!!! up believe me, and when they do you will have the same problems I have, no communication.
Had my money since the 12th no refund, no goods nothing, zero, begger all, nowt.

Ebuyers customer service has always been poor but they could get away with it because their prices were well below those of their competitors. That fact is that nowadays ebuyer are not particularly cheap - you can always find similar products for less elsewhere. When it comes to more expensive items like tft monitors, even pc world can make ebuyer look expensive!0

Me too - paid extra for delivery on the monday before xmas - nothing turned up despite an email on the Tuesday saying it had been delayed but would be sent next day delivery at no extra cost. Which day the next refers to I don't know as the order is still pending in my account. It's only a usb printer cable but I got the printer from comet and they wanted £12 quidfor a cable, so I ordered the cable from ebuyer for 99p + delivery. Not much use if it doesn't turn up and I can't print anything though! And why don't printer manufacturers just include a lead with their printers ??? It's like selling a TV or dvd player without the lead to plug it in! Daft!
