I have never had a problem with Ebuyer.
Use them all the time, and will continue to do so.
There will always be some people not happy with any shop.
Did you order things that were not in stock? .... then I guess they would not get delivered ???0 -
Yes I ordered whilst items were in stock. Check the sig, NOTE, delivery by 24th.
I have ordered quite a few things from them before, so I fell in the trap like others do, think it cant happen to you. Well when things go wrong they are horrid. But dont believe me, just wait until it happens to you.
Recorded letter as per TS advice on its way to them. But as others have commented on othersites, they ignore most of them. I will do a charge back from credit card next and or legal action. I am now refusing the order should it EVER arrive as I want the items now not in a few months time, given that they have had since teh 12th Dec. Hence letter in post as long as I have sent it out regardless of whether they reda it or not I am covered. I sent several enotes now and all bene ignored. But what the hell, I dont give a damn if they can burn in hell. I just warning some of you what they are like.I have never had a problem with Ebuyer.

There's always the addage that the only people who'll make a noise about something is if they've got something bad to say.0 -
ebuyer been good to meeeeeee ;DJertzy x0

One more happy ebuyer customer.
Had a look through the links Hanoijade posted. Amused I am, especially with the one from ciao. Dealt with them dozen of times and only once my order was cancelled – I tried to buy last item in the stock but someone was faster.
It is a big company now trying to control significant portion of the market, inevitably there will be unsatisfied and even ‘unsatisfied’ customers – such are laws of competition.
Though must agree their ‘sale’ is not something special at all.0 -

I've never had a problem with them either, been using them for years.0

I have had good deals and service and even free fast delivery from ebuyer over the past 2 years. They can offer rock bottom prices because they don't have loads of people in sales and customer services.
I know it's frustrating when things go wrong but even companies as good as Tesco can be a pain if you have a problem.
I am not connected with ebuyer in any way.0
