Check my sig for proof that this company isnt fit to be used as toliet paper.
I cant even get my money back yet as there is no point of contact unless snail mail to request a refund. So my main present this year is !!!!!! all
I got a good mind driving to Sheffield and telling them what I think of them.
BTW this was posted a few days back. There web site is slow at mo, I wonder if its because other people are discovering the joys of how not to run a company that is 101% not customer focused. No point fo contacr enotes waste of time,. no phone number.

I agree about eBuyer. I've know a couple of people I work with have had big problems with them as have I. They're ok as long as everything is ok, but if you have a problem (and one of my mates swears they deal in seconds) then they're impossible to deal with.
Plus they rip you off for delivery. They charge as much as some other sites do for next day delivery yet it takes 3-4 days with them.
Personal opinion of course0 -
hi all i had the same probelm. they failed to deliver so i canceled sfter 10 extra days of waiting.
Rang up my card company (Barclaycard) and they stopped the payment even though it showed as gone through on my account LOLOLOL.;D
They are now dealing with it for me.Keep smiling, G.0 -
O and by the by, my total order was £693.93Keep smiling, G.0

ebuyer still owe me a delivery and they have so far ignored 3 lots of enotes - they just get cancelled.
beware.
If you really must use them then pay with a credit card.0 -
Yes, they are hopeless.
Made order on 15th Dec, order dissapeared from their system, I sent them an e-note, no reply at all.
In fact they even closed it, i.e. someone had to have read my many requests for an answer, but decided it was more fun to simply close e-note with no resolution.
I will NEVER use them again, found dabs, after not using them for a couple of years, are much improved and have low prices plus good customer service.0 -
You guys should check out overclockers.co.uk - i've given them over £2000 business in the last year and they've been excellent with great prices.0

Personally i have never had a problem with them .
Ive ordered about 10-15 pcs worth of bits in last year and every time ive had to send anything back i always get my RMA number within 2-3 days and problem is sorted within week or so .
I know its a pain when you need a part badly but 1 week waiting for prices that cheap aint too bad as far as im concerned.Val0
