    End of the month so will do a quick breakdown of whats what. Been a quiet month really as expected.

    Matched betting = £117
    Cash Back = £15
    Lose change = £10
    Total = £142

    So £75 has just gone onto credit cards on top of the normal payments and £65 to go into savings. The odd £2 will be left in matched betting fund.
    So for a quiet month all is well however im going to have to dip into saving fund for a night out tomorrow as i dont get paid until next week.
    On a good point i have done a few matched bets that should see me through February and dipping into fund will not have a great impact. Im still targetting £260 by the end of February (£200 of this will be for Mums 60th Birthday), also valentines day and brothers birthday to get through. If i reach target then i will be happy.

    Will do my totals at the end of the month instead of when statements come in. Will be easier to keep track on. Just checked all accounts and they are looking better than expected.

    Capital One = £1082 (inc £60 paid for court claim. Re: Credit card charges) Hopefully get this back.
    Visa = £2359
    BOS = £1454
    Mastercard = £1408

    Total £6303

    So with hopefully £300 being paid off them this month also. Things are looking on track and ahead of my snowball target...If i manage to get these charges back by the end of Feb that will be a massive 25% paid off so far.
    Talking of charges, the bank have now acknowledged my claim and have until the 19th to pay up or file a defence....

    So far this month seems a good opportunity to make some extra money but also one that will take it away.
    I had £15 in overtime on pay day and £15 cash back so far. Thats £30 out of my aim of £150 without doing anything. Found £20 surplus cash that i can not understand so up to now its gone in my savings and also have a few matched bets in progress that should easy get me to my target but....then i have just had my Dads birthday which i coped with ok. Gave him some money and bought him a scarf from the kids on a Christmas voucher i had. Valentines day to come which im hoping on not spending to much but doing a few nice things. And before next pay day i have my Mums 60th and Brothers birthday also.
    Still have my aim of £260 my the end of the month which i should reach but alot of potential to have quite abit more if i can get through these birthdays.

    15 days left to hear back of Halifax from the courts. Fingers crossed here!!!

    Halifax Credit Card paid in £360 into my account the other day regarding claiming the charges.:j However i was asking for over £700 and have had to pay £60 in court fees. So a good start but im carrying on for some more especially the court fees and a few more charges i should of got back when i first made a complaint.

    Got another letter of debt collector regarding mobile phone from years ago. Dont think there is much to worry about here as they are just chancing. One letter states debt with one company and the second letter states another. Should be fun to deal with these guys.

    A good month so far. Halifax have refunded court costs of £60. I will drop the rest of the case now as they have refunded upto 6 years and the rest will get messy in court so im quitting whilst ahead.
    Pretty much spent up this month so will have to use that £60 to last me to pay day. On a good note i have made up to now £260 from matched betting, cash back etc. Avery good month. £75 will go onto savings, £75 onto credit cards. The rest will go into savings minus a bit. Have my brother birthday, childs school trip away and few other bits and bobs i will contribute towards.
    All in all i wanted £60 by the end of Feb. Hopefully it will be around £150 taking into account also £200 from my Mums 60th birthday.
    Just hope next month is as good!!

    Good news on getting the court fees re-paid (and yes quitting whilst ahead is a good idea!)

    Any more news on the mobile phone "debt"?
