Most problems come on the regular mans day off and during his 6 weeks annual leave and as I mentioned before,I get bottles and cash at Xmas which I would not expect to get if I treated the customers and their mail badly.
London has always been a hard place for Royal Mail to recruit and retain staff ,RM check new staff,s honesty thro the police however this looks good on a cv that they have been cleared to work for RM so other employers are impressed by it, also the ones that stay end up doing the (better) indoor work after a time on outdoor work.
what about the other 5000 -

Sorry to hear you're having trouble OP, hope you manage to get things sorted.
We used to have a guy who'd constantly leave bank statements and phone bills sticking out of the letterbox. We live in a block of flats and anyone could have come by and lifted them. These days we're told to be careful with our details, so we were quite concerned. My partner complained, the postman was told who had complained, and he came to our door when I was at home alone with my daughter and demanded to know why the complaint had been made. I never felt comfortable answering the door to him after that thanks to his aggressive manner that day.
Thankfully we've got another guy now. No problems with him at all.0 -

Your postman sounds like an immature git. Next time he comes, have a load of your neighbours wrongly delivered post at hand and shove it in his face as soon as you open the door, and then proceed to quickly shut the door on him.
Then you can shout at him through the door about whether he likes it...
Seriously though, atleast your mail gets delivered.I don't receive ANY! I have probably complained to RM over 20 times, but have given up.
There are probably over 16 debit/credit cards of mine somewhere in the postal system, and 3 driving licences that I never received. I only seem to have this problem with RM.Try to imagine nothing ever existed...0 -

So you litter your street with menus. You must have so much pride in the area you live in.0
