Bless me folks, for I have sinned, Its been 2 weeks since my last posting.

The pills are working well now:cool: , and Ive been motivated enough to start writing letters again.

Im no longer dealing with HFC, Barclaycard and LXDirect, (3 of 5 creditors), but, instead, DLRS, Mercers and MoorCroft, and Ive sent each of them a token offer letter.

Still job hunting, btw, maybe one day this will all be over.

lol, sorry, this is turning into a bit of a diary.:D

  • Well, I think ive done enough dillydallying, got so stressed out over this, ive had to start taking medication, put friends and family through enough stress of their own to last a lifetime.
Ive had a SECOND LIGHTBULB MOMENT,
Its time to go Bankrupt, its gone too far for anything else now, I just cant deal with it anymore. Im too tired.

So, ive started cleaning out all my accounts,(savings e.t.c), they have only got pennys in anyway, but if I close them, its less to declare, I suppose.
Ive also started filling in the online forms on the insolvency site.
Its just a case of getting the money up together to pay for it.

Thanks for all your help everyone over the last 5/6 months, I know ive probally gone on a bit in my posts,(more of a diary, than anything else), I will ptobally start a new bankruptcy thread when things are for sure.

    Thanks again.

    Quick Update,

I havnt started bankruptcy procedings yet, but Ive got an interview for a new job on Thursay, next week, so, I may not need to.
With any luck, I will get the job, and will be able to use payplan or cccs for help.
