I sent out letters to all my creditors on the 21st April and have not recieved a single reply from any of them. How long should I wait for replys from my creditors before sending them my idea of a token offer?

Yay, finally getting some JSA, took em long enough! Unemployed 2 months now!
That means, I can send off my Bank Loan Insurance form, two months late, I hope they will back-date it, as Ive had to pay the last couple of months, when I cant afford it!
Nevermind, things are starting to move forward a little bit.
Still no word back from other creditors however, so ive sent them all another letter stating I can only pay token payments, £1 at a time, and started making these payments as well, (Im just really anoyed that they wont reply to my letters).

Its not a rebate, but they have backdated some of my JSA to Mid March, so I got a nice little,(£320) payment from them:j , not a lot though, is it, for two months struggling!

Still waiting on everyone else to reply to my letters though, hmmph:mad:

Nillhouse I tihnk what tes what saying is have a look at your p45 that you will have been given when they sacked you. It is likely that you have paid too much tax for the year ending in april 2005 as you weren't working for a while. Then you need to fill in an R40 form and you should get some tax back.

If you need help filling the form in go to see the CAB for help.
