Oooh very happy now. Just spoke to my dentist and the orthodontist he refered me to was the same one I got the free consultation voucher off at the wedding fair yesterday! According to my dentist this is the best bloke in the area. I was going to pay £90 to see him anyway, and now its free!!!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Sound slike everyone is organised for christmas!
I am still saving vouchers and my change jar for it but am on my way. I need to find out what my sister wants for her birthday next week, she is in Paris now till Friday with work and then in Amsterdam for the weekend so might be hard to catch up with her! Her OH was organising a surprise meal for her and accidently text her instead of me about it so now she knows lol.0 -
I always do stuff like that - send the message to the person I'm talking ABOUT not the person I'm talking TO!
Nice bit of serendipity there Dinah, now all you need is a free voucher for all the treatment!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Eek - almost spammed the thread then!!
That's great news about the orthodontist! Of course I don't mind you getting the poster! I did steal the necklace idea after all. Think I might just stick with the tish tash mug and ker ring though.. hmm!! Getting him the typical toffees too.0 -
Hello everyone! Another manic day for me, just grabbing a few minutes to catch up as I've been left alone in the office and I'm fed up of the task I'm working on!
I now have 6 tabs open on all of those lovely Etsy finds so I can investigate further; they're all brilliant and I'm trying to think of who I can buy them for now! I really love the family tree necklace!
I liked the house too Dinah, a very nice back up IMO! We haven't heard from the council about our flat but TBH we're not really bothered, the neighbours aren't that bad really, apart from their obsession with drying their clothes (they must get up at the crack of dawn to hang their washing out, I was up at 8 on Saturday and already someone's pants were flapping about on the line!). We're the worst neighbours of the bunch really as we're the ones who have lots of people round making noise!
We were looking at things to do on our holiday last night (only 4 weeks to go!) and there's a sea life park and it looks really good! Check it out! http://www.oceanworldadventurepark.com/ I'm hoping that all of my overtime pays for the trip!
Good news about the free consultation with the orthodontist Dinah, that's a real stroke of luck!
And LOL at Wendz's sister's OH giving the surprise away! That's something I'd do!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

I thought Harrogate was a tourist town? How come it only seems to have about 3 hotels and all of them charge an arm a leg and your first born for one nights stay?! My best friends birthday is the 19th October and I need somewhere to stay, at the moment the best value seems to be the Travelodge at £65 a night, as its central so wouldn't have to get a taxi home. There is a motel but apparently its miles and miles outside so that would be daft.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

There are a few hotels in Harrogate but all them are fairly posh and expensive, even the B&Bs are 'boutique' aka pricey! Travelodge really is the best bet as it is slap bang in the centre of town but I can't believe how expensive it is! No point in my offering you my spare room as it'll cost a fortune to get to mine by taxi!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. Sorry Cinny I'm stealing the Keep Calm and Ride thing too! My OH loves biking and I always struggle to find him something bike-related that isn't new gloves or socks! This will be perfect, thank you!
