  • Hi All, Spent the weekend walking. we went blackberry picking which are now in the freeze. We have also bought Amber one of those back pack carriers for when we are out and a pram is hard work. I spent most of yesterday listing on ebay, 27 items which is an all time record (so far). OH has offered to put his boxing figures on even thou he loves them, but he said it will pay for the plans £335 OMG. This is all before we even start to convert the building lord knows what its all going to cost.

  • I totally agree Flower I don't know how Dinah and Nim do it. I still have a lot to put on but I think I might just turbo list them ready for the next free listing day, then just upload them all at once.

And if D had her way we'd be spending every waking second we have at it. Unfortunately its one of the biggest things we argue about, I sometimes think we spend too much time doing extra money making.

Were going to be spending a LOT of time doing it until I start my degree, then we come to the level I feel we should be at...but I'm doing 20 odd hours study on top of that...we need to find some free time.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Incidently - did those vouchers for your open university course come through in time?

I agree that you do still need some free time for both of you.

OH didnt know what had hit him when he came into the bedroom to find me sat surrounded by a mountain of things to put on ebay. Really need to push on with it though coz we still have boxes of things in the study that need moving.

  • Morning all, how you feeling this morning Dinah and Wendz? I went home last night and both Granny and Dad are both full of it. I still feel ok though so am stationed at my desk :(

Hmm, funny one with the gym Poddle, I don't think I could relax worrying that they might hit me for all this money! I would put it aside definitely, but then what is a safe amount of time to leave before spending it?? What a dilemma!

Am now at my halfway point on Dooyoo, but we are three quarters of the way through the year so I'm lagging a bit!

Weighed myself this morning and am 2lbs lighter than I was on Saturday - very strange what a lady's hormones can do! Will do a proper weigh in on Sunday - but I hope this morning's figure was true!

    Morning All

Fairly quiet on here this morning. Just sorting out the accounts from the weekend. Everything is balancing for a change.

Weather has turned to grey clouds here. Hopefully they move along quickly as I have washing to get dried.
  • I think you're in for rain Poolie? On the weather this morning they were going on about rain and wind even though only the SE had any real cloud over it
