I really want to see that Away We Go, eek! - but then I liked Napoleon Dynamite and that has zero plot line. Is it funny at least?

I really wanted to see it too, but we were really dissapointed. Whatever you do don't go with your mum, the first ten mins is an oral sex scene and I was trying to melt myself into my chair!

The wedding party sounds lovely - is that the one with the piggy? Was going to be, but can't afford a piggy so now just a buffet, bbq if its nice weather, and fireworks.
I've been meaning to ask you something actually!! I bought a book called 'a modern girls guide to getting married' (or something) from a charity shop to scare OH a bit ago. Was wondering if you wanted it? Is it sarcastic or is it actually a helpful guide?! If its going to help and not make me panic then that would be lovely!

Flower - That's going to be a great chunk off the credit card! Does your OH get paid weekly?

Got up early this morning to take my dog to the vets, she's having an op on her ear to remove cyst, poor pooch! Thankfully my parents said they'll cover the bill and I can pay them back £10 a week or something. OH took us to weatherspoons for breakfast afterwards to cheer me up - we were there at 9:30 and there was a group of about 4 lads staggering about completely tight! There were quite a lot of people sat around the bar nursing a fosters actually. But then our Weatherspoons is right across from the Job Centre so I suppose they might be drowning their sorrows?
Hope your doggy is feeling better soon Cinny.

People at work have started to make comments on how much weight I have lost, so why can't I tell any difference?!

To be honest the only reason i feel like i have lost weight is because my size 10 trousers fit me, but just looking at myself i dont think i look like i have lost any. OH has complained that the weight is going from my bust:rotfl::rotfl:

I can't find where mine is going from, I'm wondering if I lost a lung or a kidney somewhere and didn't notice. My trousers are still tight, my bra is still full, unless I'm loosing it from my ears, toes and arms I don't know where it is!

I told you that this morning.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

That you look like you lost weight, but as usual you were pouting over work.

Same here, people are commenting but I really can't notice by just looking at me - but then my dresses that used to be a bit tight on me are getting pretty loose so I must be loosing weight somewhere!

The book is pretty good from what I've read, it's this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Modern-Girls-Guide-Getting-Hitched/dp/0749922680 if you're interested just PM your address and I can pop it in the post tomorrow!

Thanks Cinny that looks really good, I like the 'survive' element! Clearly without this books a lot of women just combust through stress and excitement, or errant cakes smother them.

Cinny - on my way back from work this morning I was sat at the bus stop and there was a man drinking a can of cider at 10.30am ish, slightly worrying!

    Hope the dog is ok!
