It says to avoid drinking. Slight problem - I did that last night so just wondering what they tablets are going to do since I was nearly 6 pints last night. I was able to run at London Bridge underground and Waterloo for the trains last night without any problems.

Grief Poolie that sounds awful. Hope the cocodamol makes you feel loads better soon (I once took that, knocked me right out!).

They better not knock me out as I have managed to get a doctors appointment at 2:30 when I went in to collect the prescription.

This is happened about 2 months ago and deep heat was the answer but not this time. I can see a trip to the pyshio (sp) coming up. If so I am going private with the medical cover from work.

I have managed quidco this morning so at least done something. Did spend about £40 last night on trains, underground and beer. I had budgeted and saved for it.
  • Maybe beer is the answer then if you were running about last night? I always like to drink when I'm on anti-biotics, it gets you plastered! :D

But it's not very responsible :naughty:

Oh dear, hope the back is better soon Poolie.

I am having the most dull week at work ever, is really dragging. Probably because I have got next week off. I know they are going to be manic then as well muahahaha.
  • The thought just occurred to me today that myself and OH are going to Oz in just over 2 weeks. Am so excited now! Will get to see my nephew (born in April) and also 2 close friends babys that will both be only about 3 weeks old!

Just booked our flights to Melbourne (Just going for 2 days) and am now looking at hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for the way back. Am not fussed on Dubai (have been there twice for a stopover) but the hotels are very luxurious for lounging about the pool. The shopping is good too :)

All excited now. Yay - some sunshine in winter!!!

Wow how exciting CMD! The Dubai hotels do look lovely I would love to stay at that Atlantis one.

My best friend has been living in Melbourne the last 4 months but haven't had the money to go see her. She is coming back next week yay but she is undecided whether she is going back or staying here.
  • Sorry Tete! If it's any consolation I absolutely love Bath. I think it is amazing!!!

Wendz - if you have someone to stay with in Oz you can make the holiday quite cheap. It cost £530 each to fly there, not bad at all I thought!
