Birdie - That is a really lovely dress! If you really want it, it's a steal at £300! I'd ask your mum, and offer to make her a cup of tea at some point too (that always works with my mum anyways)

Tink - Your life sounds pretty manic atm, 2 cars crashed into your house though?! Crikey! I'll keep my fingers crossed about the interview for you though, you might still have won it! Sending dodgy hugs your way though, sounds like you need them! :grouphug:

Just about to get some DooYoo reviews done as I don't think I'll have time to do any for a while now! Then some STP as I don't think I'll be having much time for that either.

ETA: My rewards scheme is back in play too. I do 2 dooyoo reviews and rate 25 tracks on Slice the Pie and I get a Mars Bar. Heck yes!

I've e-mailed the link to Mum... hope she gets the hint and takes pity on her poor daughter!

Tink, how long are you and OH apart for? I hope it gets easier, although I can't see it, I'd hate to be so far away from my OH! How exciting about Zimbabwe too!

Dinah - if you can't compromise like the others said just go for it! We will all try and help you out on the things you can cut back on. You always achieve so well so sure you will with this too.

Zig - Ahh reception so cute! I did work experience with year 1s when I was at school and they were so adorable.

Tink - How exciting about the trip away, hope you have fun

Birdie - that dress is gorgeous! Hope you manage to persuade your mum!

I had to stay late at work tonight as my company were pitching for some new business and they wanted it to look like we all work late haha

Tonights plans so are not working. 1 DooYoo review done, but still one to go and 25 STP ratings. Eek! Given up on the second DooYoo review as I can't think straight and just about to start on STP. So long Mars Bar!

ETA: Given up on STP now. I've only done 4 songs but I've had a track that gets played on Radio 2 all the time, what I think was N-Dubz new track and Lisa Hannigan's Lille. And now Leona Lewis's new song!

Ooo Tink- exciting about Zimbabwe. What happened with the 2 cars, that sounds hectic?

OH and I have decided to loosen the reins a bit on the wedding budget front, but I think we will still end up leaving out a lot of things like favours, orders of service, name cards, flower arrangements, evening buffet... haha it sounds like a rubbish wedding when you say it like that! I want something really relaxed and informal, but I would like to have it in a nice place with really good food.

Nice dress Birdie - go for it!

A little barrier or guard around the straightening plates would be nice, I'm always burning myself when I'm in a rush doing my hair! Ermm, a digital temp setting? My sister only uses a low heat setting with her hair (it's super fine so doesn't need heat overload like with frizzy hair) so can't use my GHDs much although she loves them. Ermm, That's all I can think of!

Hope everyone's alright today! Got a full day of work a head of me and I'm kind of dreading the next few weeks of full time. Have to think of the money! I've bought my iPod and speakers in today though so at least my ears will be happy!

Hi everyone, wow, very busy last night! I totally flaked out after sewing and was in bed by 9.30, not practising on my machine like I said I would!

I know weigh day was yesterday but I was curious and jumped on the scales this morning and am happy to report I have now lost my full stone! :) I don't care if I'm late, I'm updating my sig! Although I've just had a chocolate brownie left over from an event yesterday for my brekkie!

Birdie, isn't that the dress you wanted anyway? I know it's not very MSE but if you can get it for £300 I think it's worth putting it on a CC ... (Sorry, no twirly Martins for me!)

Tinkerbel, sounds like you've been having a bit of a time of it! Hope you manage to get some time off on your trip and get to see a bit of Zimbabwe!
