Like your new sig Cinny, very organised and smart. What is the pan challenge?
Don't think we're going to make it on the £10 a day challenge this month. Not loads short, but short enough. C'est la vie.
...that said maybe NIM has gotten another payment into his account since Monday. Will have to check before I throw in the towel.
Just got 3 MS for lunchtime pizza for next week.... this doesn't sound diet friendly!
And Cinny that recipie is really really low fat, but slow burning energy so you don't get hungry. Under 350 cals and a really big, filling dinner.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

It's a challenge on Beauty Blogs, it should be called '10 Pan Challenge' but I haven't picked my 10 things yet! Basically you pick 10 make-up or skincare items and say you won't buy anymore makeup ect until you've used all 10 up. Then once you've used them all up or 'hit pan' you can then go and buy replacements. Just to stop me half using things and buying way too much makeup and skincare.
That's a shame with the £10 challenge, but atleast it's all money you wouldn't of had otherwise, right?
I've got two weeks full time coming up so need to get some kind of healthy lunchbox on the go. The office doesn't have a microwave so I can't even cheekily heat up soups - and I think I'd get bored with Salads!0 -
Oooh yeah I do love baked sweet potatoes! Mmmm. Haven't had one for ages since I've got carb fear now! LOL! I think I'm going to introduce good carbs back into my diet and cut down on fat, not that I have too much of it now but I'll try to cut down a bit more so it all balances out!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

Good carbs are long burning energy and promote sustainble weight loss since fats dont keep you full for long you are more likely to break the diet by snacking.
That said we just got an email around for lots of free food from a meeting today, so I just scoffed half a scone with jam and cream, and a load of strawberries and some chicken.
I have a lot of salads with cous cous, or pitta breads, or soup in a flask.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

zigmeister wrote: »Wow! Well done Flower! Did you do it by eating lots of chocolate and doing no exercise?! Please say you did!
I'm determined this time to do it.
Actually i didnt change my eating habits that much. I have never eaten particularly unhealthily (is that even a word?), but i just cut out some of the snacking and cut down on portion sizes. I make sure that i do at least an hour of exercise a day - if i cant get to the gym, then i will go on my wii fit or go for a walk.
I have done this before but i am determined im not just going to yo yo diet, thats why if i fancy some chocolate i will have it rather than just deprive myself and binge at a later date.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -

Haha Flower that is good though. My christmas shopping has got as far as a list.
Has everyone printed off the thing to get a free £5 house of fraser voucher. I am thinking of getting a christmas pressie possibly with it.0 -
I haven't printed one off Wendz - Can it be used on things that are just £5 or does it have to be over? Might be tempted then, could get something small and scare OH by saying it's for when we move out
Being cheeky before we start the next diet challenge, mum has bought me a bar of galaxy chocolate and I should eat it now so it isn't here tempting me tomorrow, right?:EasterBun0
