Hii!
Weighed myself this morning, but Wednesday weigh ins are great because I have the morning off - chances are I won't forget with rushing about!
My Stats:
Height: 5ft 4
Weight: 9st 12lb
BMI: 23.8
Are we doing measurements again too?
Got the house to myself this afternoon (Parents have gone on the holiday me, my brother and sister booked for them) so I've got lots of DooYooing and STP-ing to get on with. Just got to get through this morning first, it's going to be completely manic yet again!
ETA: TPA - You don't have to post your measurements, I won't be! You can keep your weight to yourself too if you want if you don't feel ready to post, just scribble it down somewhere and update your sig with any pounds loss.0 -

Don't worry if you don't feel up to posting measurements then don't, just post lbs lost and any gained. Even if you just do it for you, I find it really motivational to be able to go 'i lost 2" off my waist' at the end of it, makes it seem more real.

He thinks it might be some of the people that were sacked from work as he recognised one of the voices.
It wasnt a mugger, thats for sure - he had a wallet with £30 in, an ipod, his phone and bank cards etc that they didnt even attempts to get.
Although there is no CCTV evidence, so police say they cant arrest who he thinks it was.Biggest Loser Weight Loss: 13 / 20 lb0 -
