Really fed up with this healthy eating milarky - I've been trying so hard this week and not lost any weight at all and I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and if I've not lost anything I'm going to have the weekend off to eat bad stuff. We are going to Oxford Sunday and Monday so I'm going to have cake and hot chocolate with cream. SO THERE!

If you really want to lose weight, pick up The Idiot Proof Diet by India Knight and Neris Thomas. It is really informative and i promise if you stick to it 100% you WILL lose weight. Hubby and i are on it, i have lost half a stone ( i dont have that much to lose ) but hubby was 18st 8 before we started and he is now 16st 12. That is in about 2 months. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I've got that too and have a few friends on it. I'm doing a more GI based plan but there's lots of similarities and it has completley broken any interest in sugar!gunsandbanjos wrote: »If you really want to lose weight, pick up The Idiot Proof Diet by India Knight and Neris Thomas. Dh is up now, we're just about to go out for some lunch but I've made some progress on my household file and some progress on my list...what i have noticed though is that Stardrops isn't cutting it on the bathroom - it jsut doesn't get through the hard water marks like the stuff I used to use and there's beginning to be a build up. I'll have to buy something different I think.
