Morning All
Dh is at my grandparents' today and tomorrow doing some building work for them so it's just me and the kids again so not sure what we're going to be doing. DD has a party tomorrow afternoon but apart from that there's nothing planned.
I want to try and finish some of my lists as well - DD's bedroom won't take that much longer so that will be one list finished but we'll have to see.
Hope everyone has a good day
Hugs

I've just fetched DS's clothes for him to put on and some washing to put in the WM at the same time on my other arm - then bunged the whole lot in the WM and put it on - AARGH!NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

lil_me well done on getting there with the freezer! i managed to run mine down a lot recently, it's full again now but not so full you can't get in!
Valli - well done, i think the allowance will be good for him. My DH does love the ashes cricket game (he has it for ps3) and i have to say there's a lot less shouting and swearing with that than other games
flyflots - look nice and comfy - i could do with some new boots for this winter, the zip broke on mine last year and i chucked them (should've got the zip repaired i know). any shops that sell them? no point me buying shoes online as my feet are inconsistent!
Boots are selling flitflops at the moment online i think. i daren't buy any more shoes til i've worn my MBTs a bit more...
boddy - glad to hear you enjoyed the day, even if it was emotional. it's lovely to think how much everyone loves you!
Natty - so sorry about lodgercat. what a lovely surprise about the money though. it's what any caring friend would do.
does anyone have a delonghi microwave? i need some instructions and can't find them online. We've swapped my old microwave for the one that DH had (has been in his parents garage) which is a better one, but no instructions.
considering joining freecycle here as we now have a microwave and electric steamer that we don't need. unless anyone here wants them and is near enough to collect/meet me?
Right, I'm going to get some breakfast and another cuppa. Not loads I can do on the list til DH gets up really as it's all a bit noisy. GUess I could do the bathroom...
Bit frustrated with my weight loss as haven't lost anything in the last week and a bit...guess it's just as being ill i've not been able to exercise. I just want to hit the half stone mark as it will spur me on!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Morning everyone
hugs Holly
Boddy - I'm glad your work gave you a good send off. Enjoy your first day of retirement!
Elly - we need pictures...
Rach - hope you feel better soon and enjoy your evening out
Lil-me - hope the move doesn't wear you out too much - and do remember to eat!
Finished NN's oven yesterday and it really sparkles. Took me ages though. But she was really pleased which is the main thing.
Front room still not finished but cupboard under the stairs is half sorted.
Today I have the hairdresser in an hour and then need to move DD's sofa from her flat to friends garage up the road. Managed to get the chap in the corner shop to agree to transport it for us in his van for £20Just hope he follows through he's not the most reliable...
Then I WILL finish the cup uts and the front room today. I WILLI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

There's got to be a hiker Smurf....
ETA Oh! There isn't!
Well kids have gone - DDs bed did get made and I have washing ready to go out (when I am dressed LOL).
Vallikids have gone of with their dad and his GF!
DD changed her duvet cover so that will go out today so apart from washing and ironing I have a free day until whatever time the kids land back from Skegness. Plastic cups supplied by me - he has drinks but nothing to drink from
Am awaiting STARS update with baited breath (I must check whether it's bated or baited - got a feeling it might be bated breath LOL) Because I NEED ALL FIVE
ETA - It's BATED breath bated bated bated bated bated....~hammers spelling into ancient brain~
catch you later!
(OH Natty at least SOMEONEappreciates you - how lovely to receive that £100 - yes it might have been generous BUT how long did you have the lodgerdog for and how much would his owner have paid to have him in kennels? - next time she asks you'll say yes - unlike Lodgercat's owner...)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

soappie - can you use oven pride on the painted inside of the oven? Ours really needs a good clean, keep wiping over it but it's not enough.
