My only thoughts on this are:
1. A belief that you can't have equilibrium, prices either have to be crashing or rising beyond affordability. This means there's too much polarity on the debate.

I'll have some reservations aligning myself with the bulls who don't seem to understand the self deception of both the state and the banks - if the banks are struggling it obviously points out to the state reserve which gives no scope for optimism, unless ofcourse we want to indulge that ostrich
philosophy.
Actually we don't need this board, but should we insist, instead of speculating on the current unworkable bubble, might as well create a new economic cycle and speculate about it, that way everyone is right and no one is wrong because we have no evidence to prove it either way.
