You are right Conrad. Just you, me, Chucky, Dan, ISTL, StevieJ, Pickles, BTLNewbie, etc. seem to spend every waking and in Chucky's case, working hour on this forum.

Why on earth do we all bother?

Because if it winds Graham up, it's worth it.

I thanked that because at first glance it was funny.

But actually it's been pretty nasty lately with the whole gang of one posting a stream of abuse and nonsense 24/7.

Graham tried to sensibly argue points. His posts generally made sense, not always right - but who is? Unfortunately there is a group don't argue a point sensibly or raise different views - but attack in a more vindictive and personal manner. When I say group I mean a group of ID's.

They need HPI to save them?

Anyone who bought wisely with a workable business strategy does not need saving, the fact you suggest this implies to me that you are not even aware some investors invest wisely. Why on earth would I need saving? I was earning good profit before this recession, my rental income is down by approx 3k but mortgage interest reduced by approx 25k. Not exactly a recipe for needing to be saved is it?

As for the baffoons that are at risk of losing thier money, they probably would have lost it in whatever they did, fools and their money are easily parted etc.
