The majority of people I know don't give such thing a seconds thought, and have no engagement with penny pinching and constantly living thier imagined future lives in thier heads.
Most seem to accept thier lot and get on with life. The perma pessimists long for another world, another life.
We also have no doubt the over-extended and massively indebted long for another world, another life. :T If only the savers happily waiting on the side lines did their duty and bailed out these greedy parasites, eh? :rotfl:0 -

Thanks but I can afford a place right now. Just happily waiting for the bargains from the massively indebted [STRIKE]monkeys[/STRIKE] bulls. :T0 -

The quality of these ID's is beginning to drop. Not surprising, the odd typo though. By the time you've faffed around with Gmail, though up a fake name, plus password and password question, and then typed in those bloody squiggly characters that I can't read without my reading glasses.
And THEN you have to come on MSE and start all over again. tbh Dr.Octgagon you didn't make too bad a job of it.0 -
My oh my, this board is so getting out of order. I remember the days when it was good healthy debate. Shame that it`s turned out this way. It is just comments know about losers, missed the boat and so on. The amount of personal insulys theown around is, frankly despicable.
At least Graham was an honest guy and I am sad to see him go.
Perhaps Martin is right. Close it down and we all end up in discussion time.0 -

I'm still wondering why the begger I come in here! I mean, I don't own a house, I have no wish to own a house, so what am I doing here?
Apart from finding it all very interesting and it serves the purpose of keeping my brain busy that is.....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0
